As of late I've gotten a few more things done. I have not updated to site yet with them, but will do that soon! Also, I got a package from the publisher! It was full of books and a few shirts. I'm going to send a letter back to her. I like the books alot and I'm reading one now. (Might be the reason I haven't updated the site for awhile : ) Ok, till later.

Ew! Adds!

Ok on this web hosting site that I use you get one week without any adds and it's great. Just today that expired and now the adds are everywhere and are slowing my computer down to nothing! So I was looking at the prices to remove the adds and it's $2.00 a month plus about $5.00 for some handleing cost and you have to have it for a year. So the total cost would be about $29.00 a year. : P Not very cool.
And then I was looking at the Starter Hosting and that has :
1 GB Web Space 10 GB Bandwidth 50 MB File Size 25 POP/Webmail Account The cost for one month of that is $5.95, if you sign up for a year (per month it's $3.95) so the total is either $71.40 or $47.40 a year. I do not know if this includes removing the adds. So what do you think?

Ok, just today the publisher of "101 Things to Do..." e-mailed me a reconsideration letter! Here is what some of it said.....
"Dear Rachel,
I understand you were not granted permission to include the list of 101 Things To Do Before You're Old and Boring on your blog, and that you are now no longer documenting how you're completing those tasks.
We've since reconsidered your request, and think what you've done is quite creative and industrious and would love to see you continue blogging about the other 94 Things To Do on the list. I've attached a contract for you to sign which basically states that we will grant you permission to use the list and allow you to continue writing about how you accomplish each item on the list, as long you don't include other text from the book...."
So this is like a little dream come true for me and I've learning that you should always ask even if the result isn't what you want, but they may come back and be even more than you've expected! : D (P.S. I will be posting more completed tasks in a few days and also I do not blog everyday, so...

Sad news....

I regret to inform you that I may not post the list of tasks. I contacted the publisher and they just passed a rule that you can't post them on the internet. So you'll just have to follow me in the jrouney or buy the book. Once again the book is called "101 Things to Do Before You're Old and Boring" by Richard Horne and Helen Szirtes. Thanks, Rachel.

I've got the site up and running! This is my blog where you can comment if you like. Umm, I'd rather you do that on the comment page. Anyways, this blog will cover more than just the list and tasks. It'll be an update on how things are. This is pretty much my first real blog so ya..... I HOPE I'M NOT BORING!! Well check ya later.
